Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model, competitor and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 when she resigned from the gymnastics she had been involved in during her youth. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. She started participating in fitness events when she was 16, after she quit gymnastics in her youth. A year later, at the age of 17, she won her pro card. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her university education. She came back in 2015 and carried on from when she left participating in elite competitions like those at the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several more years, setting new goals every year. In 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. In 2009she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to pursue her university degree. In the month of October, 2015, she competed again with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place in the competition. The winner was IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later and took home the 6th spot within the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel declares she was more than proud of her performance. Ariel had to compete against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel likes to exercise her back. Ariel usually performs bent-over row, single arm lat-pull-downs (on the machine) or pull-ups. She also does seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done before the actual workout. Ariel also likes to make the most of her time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings in all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
